Itineraries - Pre and Post Congress Excursions

Back / Retour

Conditions:

The prices include:

- travel expenses,
- accommodation in the mentioned hotels,
- meals starting on the first day’s lunch until the last day’s lunch
- Lunch drinks – in the restaurant (wine, mineral water and coffee).

Tours will only take place with a minimum of 20 participants. The maximum of participants for excursion is 25.

Tours can be cancelled until the 25th of July by lack of participants. In that case, the participants will be reimbursed (banking expenses will be charged).

Registration:

Registration in the pre/post congress excursion will only be accepted in case it is explicitly mentioned that it is a registration for the itinerary of the Pre/Post Congress Tours and that are sent to the following email or contacts:
