- Starting on Monday the 4th of September, and closing on Saturday the 9th of September.
- The Congress will be held in Lisbon, Portugal. Lisbon is the Capital of Portugal, hosting a very rich complex of Museums and archaeological sites.
- The event will take place at the University of Lisbon (Alameda da Universidade, Undergroud station: “Cidade Universitária”), the welcoming desk being located in the Faculty of Arts (Faculdade de Letras).
- The opening and closing sessions will be in the Rectory (Reitoria) building, and the sessions will also be held in the Faculties of Law (Faculdade de Direito) and Sciences (Faculdade de Ciências).
- Pre Congress excursions will start August 28th, and Post Congress ones will end September 17th.
